Bellanona Grande Estates is a gated enclave of just 27 home sites near Lake Nona Florida.


These luxury home sites were originally built by Arthur Rutenberg but several new homes have their own custom builders. This community is gated just off Kirby Smith road and homes border either Lake Hart, a small interior community lake, or the larger Lake Whippoorwill.

Homes are priced from $500,000 – $3,500,000 with HOA dues between $150 – $200 per month. These fees cover common area maintenance, landscaping, and gated security. Most homes have 3-6 bedrooms, 4-7 bathrooms in sizes from 3,000 – 6,000 square feet. Lots are between 1-5 acres and all are waterfront of some kind.

    Holden Heights is an unincorporated community in Orange County Florida just south of downtown Orlando and home to about 3900 residents. It incorporates the communities south of Highway 80 1A surrounding Lake Holden stretching south to Lake Jessamine, E. Orange Ave. and West to US 1792 or Highway 441. It’s home to several smaller neighborhoods such as Hudson Isles, Hudson Shores, Holden Manor, Holden Park, Medallion Estates, Holden Estates and Holden Shores.

    Because of its popularity, there are very few homes for sale surrounding Lake Holden. Typically home prices are between $280,000 and $950,000. Some of the homes feature beautiful lakefront lots with 2 to 7 acres and may offer multiple parcels.

    Holden Heights has a livability score of 75 according to areavibes.com. It receives excellent scores for its amenities, weather, low crime, and cost of living. The overall crime rate is 27% lower than the national average and Holden Heights is safer than 44% of communities throughout the US. And Holden Heights is getting safer; the number of total year over year crimes in this community has decreased by 5%.

    Holden Heights is served by the Orange County school district and are several schools surrounding Lake Holden that students can attend. The closest is Pineloch Elementary school, less than a half a mile. Followed by Memorial middle school, Oak Ridge high school and then the Cornerstone Charter Academy K–8 and high school are also about 2 1/2 miles from Holden Heights.

    Holden Heights offers a great community and even have a Nextdoor website or neighbors and residents can communicate about upcoming events or concerns. Most residents the area for its close freeway access and downtown access, sidewalks, parks, and a quiet and peaceful location.

    The Country Club of Orlando is located just off of North Orange Blossom Trail and NW. Colonial Dr. surrounding Spring Lake. Within this community are luxury waterfront homes, estates, and several larger mansions.

    The club itself is one of the largest and oldest country clubs in the entire state of Florida. The clubhouse quickly became a social center for dances, parties, and community entertainment. By the 1930s, the club had been reorganized and officially named the Country Club of Orlando. Throughout many difficulties over the years during World War II and labor shortages, the club survived and opened a new facility in 1956. There have been three major golf course renovations over the last 50 years and a new clubhouse was debuted in 2000 along with a gala opening ball.

    Many of the homes around the country club feature old-world elegance. Some homes were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright or his protégé Ray Bennett.
