Debary Florida, is the gateway to southwest Volusia County with direct access to Interstate 4 and Highway 1792.

It consists of 25 square miles with a population of about 20,000 people, nestled among thousands of oak trees along the north shore of the St. Johns River.

Debary offers a diversity of lifestyles which include upscale country clubs and championship golf courses. The Debary Country Club has rural acreage for horses along with St. Johns riverside homes, such as Riviera Bella.

The environmentally sensitive areas are separated from low-to-medium density residential areas by a community park and 1 acre home sites with a rural/residential zoning classification.

Debary has 12 parks from small playgrounds to a large 208 acre park. Gemini Springs Park has free-flowing twin springs with full recreational including a dog park.

You can go canoeing and horseback riding. Debary is small town living with friendly citizens, a sunny climate and open door City Council.
