Ivanhoe Village

Ivanhoe Village is a small neighborhood in North Orlando but still in Orange County. It borders around Lake Ivanhoe, and Interstate 4 runs north and south directly through this small community.

Formally known as Antiques Row, Ivanhoe Village is known for its musicians, vintage boutiques, cafés and beautiful green spaces. north of downtown, this is a great place to enjoy jet skiing, stand up paddle boarding, and a variety of water sports as well as shops, bars, and restaurants. Ivanhoe Village has a First Friday Art Walk, and it’s a great place to explore and is a little less touristy than the rest of Orlando. Every third Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM you can enjoy locals for food trucks, shopping, great sales and more.

Ivanhoe Village is one of Orlando’s most treasured historical neighborhoods. Anchored by the beautiful Lake Ivanhoe, you can find apartments, condominiums and of course, historical homes. The neighborhood has been reinventing itself for some time now and wants to include places like Ivanhoe Row, Virginia Drive, Loch Haven Cultural Park and the Florida Hospital Health Village. There are homes along Lake Concorde, Lake Highland, and Lake Adair Park, which can run you over the $1 million mark or, you can find homes in neighboring communities such as College Park and Lake Formosa starting at around $300,000.
