A few blocks west along Orange Avenue is the Orlando Regional Medical Center in less than a half a mile is the Sodo Shopping Center. The primary schools that serve this area include the Blankner elementary school, the Blankner middle school, and the Boone high school. These schools are between one and 3 1/2 miles away. The Cornerstone Charter Academy K – 8 and the High school are about 4 miles from here and also serves this area.
